The Prime Minister was trying to polish off a quick espresso before a Wednesday morning press conference at the Sydney fish markets but didn't get his caffeine hit before it fell to the ground.
The PM was at Blackwater Deli talking with Nick Dagaas about how a program developed as part of his innovation initiative was helping their business.

The Prime Minister ordered the drink from announced it was 'very good' before an ill-timed handshake with Mr Dagaas caused him to drop the tiny cup.
'It was at the end of the chat - we were going to do a combination of shake and he was going to swap his coffee around hands and fumbled - that's about it,' the deli owner said.
Happy to do his own dirty work, the PM used some paper towels to quickly duck down and wipe up the spill.
