I’ve probably spent too much time on the lighting but if I can’t get that right then why bother continuing. I can’t figure out where the jagged reflections on the wheel chrome is coming from, any help would be appreciated. I’m not sure on the number, but the headlight closest, you can’t see the cover. Looks like the hood of the car could be lengthened a bit but I’m not familiar with the model so that could just be part of the design. Render times would probably be a bit long for preview renders. I think the specularity is bit to high on the cary model, alltogether the shading is very shing. I also think in the post before ur lightning was way better, very smooth. I have 4 wheel objects, and 2 car objects that point to the wheel and car meshes. About render times: It looks to me like you have raytraced shadows on, which you don’t need at this point.
About the render time, check your OSA settings. Like Nate said, set smooth, autosmooth, and lowering the subsurf level should bring the render times down.
