The twisted newsreader, 63, and his wife Vicky Flind bought the sprawling property for https://fastloto-casino.com/ £1.85m in 2006.
It is understood the mortgage has been paid off, meaning a sale will give him a bumper pay-day now he is without his £475,000 BBC salary.
