Our 500-hour Yoga Alliance-certified training is a varied and comprehensive program led by a core group of world-renowned teachers. Ardha Matsyendrasana elongates and aligns the spine and strengthens the core muscles. It targets the hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, and upper back muscles. Place your hands on your front leg to support the pose (or lower if you can do so with a straight back). Parsvottanasana is a great pose for stretching the hamstrings, calves, quads, hips, glutes and back muscles. Reclined pigeon pose provides us with a great opportunity to practice patience and surrender. This individualized course explores the philosophy and practice of AYM Yoga School’s traditional Yoga and helps you share this practice with others.
